Silke has held leadership development roles and consulting positions at prestigious organizations, including the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, Bose Corporation, and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, as well as German and American consulting firms.

Silke holds a Master’s Degree, Adult Education, College of Education Freiburg, Germany and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC).

She is a native German speaker, fluent in English and Italian, and has intermediate proficiency in French.

Silke resides in Ann Arbor, Michigan, with her husband and two teenage daughters, whom she is raising trilingually. She has lived in the United States for over 20 years and enjoys staying active as a member of the Ann Arbor Masters Swim Team and as a horseback rider.
