About the Topic:

Authentic power is not about being the most important person in the room. It is about being within it, fully owning yourself.

In this reflective presentation, we will explore what does it mean to be powerful without overpowering—and to be kind without diminishing oneself?

We will explore the three dimensions of authentic power: knowing ourselves beyond our roles, meeting others human to human, and leading with kindness and conviction.

This is an invitation to see power not as a role to perform or destination to reach, but as an ongoing practice toward the mastery of oneself.
