In this engaging and dynamic workshop, you will explore the different sides of yourself and interpret the amazing art your brain creates while you are asleep. We’ll share our experiences, explore the messages our dreams communicate to us through symbols, and apply approaches proposed by Carl Jung.

About the Speaker:

Anna believes that self-discovery is the most amazing and enriching journey we can ever make. When she was earning her doctorate degree in Modern Languages, Anna became fascinated with symbolic representations in literature and in our dreams. While professionally she teaches communication courses at the University of Michigan, Anna also organizes self-discovery workshops on a variety of topics to share this enriching practice of learning about oneself.
