Ken Seawell began his career at Hyatt Hotels after receiving a Bachelors of Arts in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Florida State University. Ken started as a management trainee and over the next ten years and thirteen promotions mastered the art of hospitality. Marriage and a beautiful new daughter created an opportunity for a new career. Working for Dayton Hudson’s food division in Minnesota, and ultimately in Michigan, allowed Ken to master another level of hospitality.
Seeking new challenges led Ken to start a consulting company. For over fifteen years Ken assisted his clients in developing better business practices that led to increased sales, increased profits and increased peace of mind. Ken believes strongly that through coaching and training business owners can have a confident expectation of a brighter future.
As a successful consultant and business coach, Ken continued to assess his own strengths and weaknesses. Realizing that a stronger sales process was needed, Ken reached out to Erik Meier with Sandler Training to help him build that stronger selling process. In doing so, Ken found a new passion: sales training. In 2013, Ken joined EAM Consulting Group as Managing Partner. Ken’s new task is to build the EAM Consulting Group into the premier destination for those dedicated to building benchmark sales teams.
