| About the Topic:
What is resilience? What is it not? Today, possibly more than ever, we look around us and at the same time look within for strength to comprehend, reflect, maybe respond, and move forward. That look within is key. How resilient are we? In what way are we resilient? Can our resilience be measured? Spoiler alert: yes, it can! What triggers us? How do we identify what that trigger really is? And how can we deal with those triggers? What changes can we make and what habits can we create to build that inner strength and resilience? Join us as we dip our toes into the topic of resilience with a brief introduction to an instrument that can measure our levels of resilience and engage in moments of reflection on our own triggers and resilience that might possibly start a journey of greater awareness and new habits.
